Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

My name is Cody Hennings and I'm an award winning tattoo artist at Livin the Dream Tattoo in Dallas, Texas.  I have an immense passion for two things in life, tattoos and BMX.  As a teenager and young adult I rode professional BMX which took me all across the country and in my down time I would get tattooed.  Being in a tattoo studio all the time sparked something inside of me that I couldn't ignore and I knew I wanted to be a tattoo artist.

Through a lot of hard work and dedication I scored an apprenticeship under a master tattoo artist with almost 20 years experience.  In 2011, here in the DFW area, I started tattooing and have never looked back.

It used to be BMX that took me all over the country but  now it's tattooing.  I do conventions and guest spots whenever possible and I've been fortunate enough to be able to bring both of my passions together and tattoo the likes of Travis Pastrana, Nate Wessel, Cory Nastazio and Aaron Fotheringham (all superstars in the extreme sports world).

My tattoo style is predominately traditional and japanese but I'm happy to mix it up and do some different styles also.

As a tattooer and artist, I aim to give you a crisp, clean, bright and bold tattoo that will exceed your expectations and last a lifetime.

I put 110% into every single tattoo and I'm also happy to take on new clients.
